I always love a glimpse of what goes on inside the spray booth!
Here is how a typical cabinet job runs:
Day 1& 2: Prep work & masking! Ryan will be setting up his spray booth, masking the floors, countertops, and walls where the cabinet bases are. He will also start pulling all the cabinet faces off.
Day 2 & 3: More prep! Cleaning and sanding. Cabinet faces and bases are cleaned with a food and gunk remover and then cleaned again with a de-greaser. Then the sanding begins!
Day 3 & 4: Once the cabinets are sanded and any scuffs, holes, and scratches are repaired, he starts spraying! Primer and finish coats go on faces and bases. Depending on the kitchen size, length of this step can vary.
Day 5 & 6: Reassembly and clean up! Standard size kitchens usually take 5-6 days for Ryan to complete with his skilled movements and efficient process.
